The Challenge

Grovi is a furniture rental company that was managing orders, subscriptions, customer communications, and delivery scheduling across disconnected tools. Orders came through their website and had to be manually entered into their inventory system. Subscription billing required duplicate invoices created by hand in their payment processor. Customer data lived in two separate CRMs with no sync between them. Delivery schedules were coordinated through email.

Every new order meant manual work across multiple platforms. As volume grew, the manual processes couldn’t keep up.

What We Built

A complete automation system connecting their inventory and order management platform, payment processor, two CRM systems (one for B2B, one for B2C), calendar scheduling, team notifications, and website forms.

New orders automatically create subscriptions with the correct pricing, deposit, and delivery fees. Customer data routes to the right CRM based on whether they’re a business or individual client. Delivery schedules populate automatically with full address details and Google Maps links. The team gets real-time notifications for every order event.
